I had such a great experience staying at Walker I was sad to check out. Its location is convenient to subway stops and the immediate neighborhood has a lot of upscale food and drink options, and I felt safe walking everywhere. The building is in great condition and the rooms are very clean. Rare NY hotel where all the outlets worked and the WiFi never cut out once! I also love the easy push button controls for the room’s temperature, lights, and window shade. I had a beautiful view of the City and my bed was so comfortable with high quality sheets and pillows. The shower was a little tricky to figure out but the staff (who could not have been nicer or more eager to please) helped me figure it out right away. The hotel also has great onsite food and drink options and a terrace. I look very forward to my next stay at Walker!
Coming from a long journey on the road, this hotel served as the perfect place to acclimate, relax, and enjoy the city! The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and efficient and particularly Edwin at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. I'm hoping to stay here every time I come back to NY! Thank you!
Super tight room, but that's might just be the norm for Manhattan. Staff was super friendly. Super close to Chinatown yet quiet at night. The bathroom sliding door requires way too much power and the door gap is so big that it can be seen and smelled.
Service has never been an issue, and both the rooftop bar and the basement lounge are fantastic, as long as you don't mind drinks averaging around $20. This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a romantic getaway. The breathtaking city views from the rooms are what truly set this hotel apart. Although the surrounding neighborhood may appear rough at first glance, it's more about appearance than reality. The area is full of hidden gems if you're willing to explore. The staff are exceptional and, aside from the incredible views, are one of the hotel's greatest strengths. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. My only real complaint is the bathroom privacy. If you're traveling with friends or family, be aware that the bathroom layout offers less privacy than many people may be comfortable with. Despite that minor drawback, I'll gladly be returning for a third stay in the near future.
We had a wonderful stay at Walker Hotel Tribeca. We stayed as a couple in one of the smaller rooms, which was absolutely fine for us—especially considering the breathtaking view from the 9th floor. Waking up to that skyline view was a real highlight. Overall, we were very happy with the service throughout our stay. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious cappuccino in the lobby before heading out to explore the city, which became a lovely part of our daily routine. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The only minor issue was that the light around the bathroom mirror wasn’t working and unfortunately couldn’t be fixed during our stay after we reported it. However, it wasn’t a major inconvenience for us and didn’t affect our overall experience. A special recommendation goes to the rooftop bar—it was the absolute highlight of our stay. The views were spectacular, with incredible panoramas both Uptown and Downtown. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day in the city. The location couldn’t have been better. With SoHo and Tribeca right nearby and the Brooklyn Bridge just a short walk away, it was easy to explore some of our favorite parts of New York. We would definitely stay here again and can wholeheartedly recommend Walker Hotel Tribeca! Thank you for a fantastic stay. Bravo, Walker Hotel Tribeca!
