We absolutely loved our stay, one of the best hotels we've experienced. It's location in SoHo was so convenient for everything we had planned, and the hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained. The cleanliness and attention to detail in the rooms was amazing, the most comfortable hotel bed and pillows we've come across, and the customer service is by far the best. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive, truly taking pride in their work and the comfort of their guests. Any time we had a request, it was immediately addressed. We especially liked the fact that the room did not include a tv (although at check in we were offered the option of having one brought to our room if need be). We would absolutely stay here again.
Great hotel. Will definitely return. Value for the rooms is incredible. Newly designed 60 Thompson, the staff are very hospitable and every room is beautiful. Food was great as well. We’ll be back
I’ve stayed at The Manner multiple times now and every single stay has been a great experience. The hotel somehow manages to feel both incredibly polished and genuinely warm at the same time, which is rare in NYC. Looking forward to being back again next week. A special shoutout to Michi in The Apartment, who is always so welcoming, fun to talk to, and consistently gives amazing recommendations around the city. The Apartment itself is one of my favorite hotel spaces anywhere. It feels like you’re being hosted by your very stylish and hospitable friend in New York. One small piece of friendly feedback: I honestly thought it was cooler before the new uniforms. Part of what made the atmosphere feel so personal and unique was that the staff could express their own style and personality through what they wore. Everyone there is already so stylish and creative that they really didn’t need uniforms in my opinion. Not a major thing at all, but I do think the individuality added to the vibe of the place a bit!
I stayed at the Manor hotel in Delhi on three different occasions during a recent trip to India. And I would choose this hotel again for any future visits. The Manor is an oasis of serenity in the hustle and bustle of Delhi. The grounds are a beautiful combination of modern architecture with traditional gardens and three restaurants on site. The rooms are large and very clean and well-appointed. The staff was always helpful even when I arrived to the hotel after midnight for late check-in. My daughter and I enjoyed walking around the Friends colony which is a quiet, secluded neighborhood in Delhi. On the grounds of the hotel is a small French cafe for breakfast or lunch, a very nice Italian restaurant that serves breakfast lunch or dinner, and a high-end Asian fusion restaurant that is open for dinner. Every time my daughter and I stayed at The Manor the owner, Mr. Manmohan Singh greeted us and checked to see that all of our needs were met. I highly recommend The Manor.
