Had a great time at The Jewel, the location is exceptional. I had an issue with my TV and in less than 30 minutes an engineer came by and fixed everything! Staff is always friendly when you go in and out of the lobby and the amenities in my room were great, especially the mini fridge in my room and the ice machine on the fifth floor. First choice for when I come back to NYC for sure!

One of the standout aspects of my stay was the incredible attention to cleanliness. Every part of the hotel, from the lobby and common areas to the hallways and guest rooms, was impeccably maintained. It's clear that the team takes tremendous pride in creating a spotless, comfortable environment, and that attention to detail did not go unnoticed. What truly sets this hotel apart is how effortlessly it makes you feel at home. An Absolute Gem in NYC. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels in New York, but The Jewel Hotel has officially become my go-to because of the incredible team. The customer service here is genuinely unforgettable. I stayed here a few months ago and came back recently, and I was completely blown away when Erick and Jessie, all recognized me immediately and welcomed me back. They actually remembered me from my previous visit months ago. That level of attentiveness and warmth is so rare these days. They truly go out of their way to make you feel like a valued guest. Every interaction with them was seamless, professional, and incredibly welcoming. Beyond the amazing service, the hotel itself is fantastic. You cannot beat the location. It is central to everything, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. The rooms are also excellent: modern, spotlessly clean, and surprisingly quiet for being right in the heart of midtown. If you want a hotel that pairs a prime location and great room quality with hospitality that feels like home, stay here. Huge thanks to Erick, Jessie, Shawn, and the rest of the team for making my trips so special. I’ll definitely be back!
Location, location, location! But the added bonus was how comfortable the rooms are (the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Not too hard, not too soft. Goldilocks would say it's just right!). They're small rooms, but have everything you need and it's so quiet! Front desk staff is very welcoming, friendly, helpful. Easy check in, easy check out!
I loved my time here. The staff is amazing and my group truly enjoyed our experience. They delivered us plates and utensils to our room when we had leftovers from one of our outings. We felt very attended to and they even scheduled a taxi back to the airport for us when our vacation was reaching the end. Very relaxing and nice rooms, they have a water station and it was a life saver for us since our schedule was so busy it helped us stay hydrated, overall lovely! It’s a wonderful location being so close to the Rockefeller center, it saved us from having to get an Uber a lot of the time.
