Stayed at this hotel a couple of years back, with some friends. This place is tremendous, would absolutely recommend staying there ! The location is great, close to everything you'd ever want (points of interest, food spots, tranzit, etc.). The building in itself is very nice, with good provided amenities (you get common places with activities, couches/chairs to sit down on and relax while reading in a cosy environment, washing machines, etc.). The rooms are very well made, tidy, nicely furnished, and spacious. The service is of a high level, and the staff is friendly + comprehensive (they'll help you out with your luggage). Plus, the pricing is more than adequate. 10/10, will be keeping it in my list of "musts"
10/10 experience! My friends and I stayed here while visiting from Atlanta, and everything exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, the location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff made the entire stay even better. Everyone was professional, welcoming, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area — they always had great recommendations and answers to any questions we had. A special shoutout to Julyvette and O’Neal for going above and beyond to make our trip memorable. They truly provided exceptional customer service and made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend staying here!
Our stay at Placemakr went amazing! Our room came with a queen bed and a little living room area which helped it feel very spacious. While the bathroom is actually a wet room, it was very clean (even when we cleaned the floors ourselves there was not dirt or grime at all). The room was equip with a full size fridge and freezer as well as a microwave which was very convenient. We made use of the nice laundry facilities they provide on the 8th floor to keep or luggage fresh and on top of that the staff was incredibly friendly. From the housekeeping being a call away and the kindness and helpfulness of the front desk, we felt like we were in great hands! Ethan and Sol at the front desk were extremely quick, helpful, and knowledgeable any time we needed them. I would absolutely recommend Placemakr thanks to them and our great stay. P.S. the halal cart is steps away from this hotel and we absolutely recommend seeing them! They are open extremely late and they make some GREAT food
Location is amazing, not smack in the middle of everything so the hustle and bustle isn't so extreme in front of this hotel. Loved that they actually have one bedrooms, 2 bedrooms/3 and 4 bedrooms. More like a condo. Plus there is a free laundry room that is super clean and has games like pool and chess to play while you wait on your laundry. Employees were all super nice. Hotel was very clean and we felt very safe. We have now stayed twice and will be back again next year.
If I could give them 10 of 10 stars for this fantastic hotel I would have done it immediately! First of all it was for us by far the greatest experience as a family. We booked the apartment really easy and everything went for us smoothly from the beginning to the end. I would start by praising the hotel personnel which were all extremely helpful and friendly ready to help us and respond to our needs any time. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and we felt immediately like home. Spacious apartments with small beautiful kitchenette and we had as well access to a huge laundry room which was a big highlight for us as a family with small kids. The hotel is in a great location to explore the area around it and is very quiet compared to midtown. There are so many options for coffee and restaurants.The metro station was as well near and the access to the ferry is 2‘ min walk from the hotel!! ( great experience) We are definitely planning to come back next year again and I would recommend to everybody I know for a unique stay Thank you so much again
