The staff here went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Tatayanna helped me at the front desk upon check in and throughout my stay, and she was always very welcoming and friendly. My birthday is coming up soon, and the staff left me a cupcake and card in the room - so sweet (literally). If I am ever back in this area for work, I would happily stay here again.
Came to see play at Lincoln Theatre. Hotel was within walking distance! Front desk staff was absolutely wonderful and professional! Our room wasn't ready and Tatannya was accommodating; gave us credit that we spent at restaurant/ bar while we waited. Bar staff was great. The drinks were really good, not watered down and wings had a nice flavor to them. Staff at breakfast buffet was curtious. Absolutely we would stay here again! Room had a great city view
We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The complimentary breakfast was a great added bonus and a nice way to start each day. While the rooms are on the smaller side, it didn’t bother us at all since they were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
My friend, teen, and I did a very quick overnight trip to NYC from the DC area. We were there to see a matinee of a show, and the staff here were so accommodating to us. They have on-site parking in the garage right next door that was competitively priced, I felt, for our time there. They also offer luggage storage, which we took advantage of after we checked out, while we were at our show. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We all slept really well and didn't hear much noise from anywhere else. The location couldn’t have been more convenient; it's only a short walk to Central Park and many other places. They also had free breakfast, which was a bonus. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and stress-free.
