Great location in the heart of Times Square. The greatest asset to this hotel are the AMAZING staffs. Everyone was so attentive and friendly. Second time and we have loved it. The carpets in the room are a bit outdated and feels old but besides that a wonderful hotel. Thanks to the great staffs at “ Dos caminos” for always being so welcoming!!
I’d recommend this hotel. It is nicer than the Marriot next door. I asked for the quiet side not over looking Times Square but I still could see the foot traffics below. I was on the 54 floor and it was perfect. The room is a bit abused over time. Could use a bit of a spruce up but I doubt they’d do that anytime soon. The customer service was on point! Extremely professional and nice. I’d recommend and we just might be back.
I stayed at here during the first week of the world cup. I found staff to be amazing and the service was really nice. Staff are really helpful and the location is perfect to get anywhere you want to go in the city. However, I think a hotel as expensive and held in such high esteem as this, should update their rooms a little. My bathroom floor had seen better days and my towel rack was rusty. Also note, there is only an overhead shower and not a handheld, FYI
Great location close to nyc top attractions. The bar was great with drinks and good service. Rooms are nice very clean and ac gets very cold what I liked. Room design with single bed does the trick for a night but did feel a little like a prison cell. But it’s cool vibe soft bed and funny little details like “deep end” on the floor of the shower made me laugh. Also great staff at the front, forgot the guys name at front desk but he was great checking me in early and very helpful with directions. Forgot his name but he’s an eagles fan! Go birds! 🤣
