We had a fantastic stay at The Westin New York at Times Square. We stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms on the 15th floor, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was modern, spacious, impeccably clean and, most importantly, incredibly restful after long days exploring New York. It really reflected the quality we've come to expect from the Westin brand. The gym was another highlight—well-equipped, spacious and maintained to a high standard, making it easy to keep up our fitness routine while travelling. We visited during the FIFA World Cup, so Times Square and the surrounding area were exceptionally busy. Despite the crowds and excitement outside, stepping back into the Westin felt like entering a sanctuary. It provided a calm, comfortable escape from the chaos, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. A wonderful hotel in an excellent location, with a great team and facilities. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
This is an excellent business hotel with clean, spacious rooms and a pleasant view. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The fitness center was well-equipped and impressive, although the hotel does not have a pool. Its location is very convenient, with Times Square just around the corner and plenty of restaurants, shops, and subway access within walking distance. Wi-Fi was complimentary through the Marriott Bonvoy program. Overall, it was a very positive and enjoyable stay.
This hotel is absolutely amazing! The staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the views were incredible. Its location is another major highlight — just a block away from Times Square and within walking distance of countless attractions, restaurants, and shops. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job thoroughly cleaning the room each day while still being respectful of our personal belongings, which was greatly appreciated. The only downside was the lack of a mini fridge and microwave in the room, which would have made the stay even more convenient. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with excellent service and an unbeatable location.
