Love the boutique style of this hotel. The rooms are small but getting a terrace room was a perfect choice for city views. Location was easy to get to Peir 36. Staff and amenities were top notch.

had a wonderful stay at The Ludlow Hotel. The location is fantastic—close to so many great restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and everything the Lower East Side has to offer, while still feeling tucked away from the crowds. The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and very clean, with thoughtful details that made the stay feel special. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was both luxurious and welcoming. The staff was friendly, professional, and always happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed. We also loved the hotel’s unique character and boutique feel it has so much more personality than a typical chain hotel. If you’re looking for a hotel that perfectly blends comfort, style, and an unbeatable NYC location, The Ludlow is an excellent choice. We would absolutely stay here again

The Ludlow is a decent hotel option. The rooms are dungeony, somewhat comfortable. But better size than normal NYC hotels so that's a plus. The Ludlow Double room is a good family option but not for too many days because the room with no windows and low ceilings gets pretty clausterphobic even for the kids by day 3. We asked for a high floor and got the opposite, that was a bummer. Paying $700/night is way too much for this hotel, even a double room. The "lobby" is an okay space but feels very dark and drains the NYC energy out of here. You see what they're trying to do but it doesn't quite work. It's not a comfortable space either - the worst couches and seats possible, low to the ground and uncomfortable. Tough to hang more than 30 and again, it's pretty dark and dreary. The Dirty French at hotel is decent, overpriced food with no energy (always empty...). Just not a vibe. Speaking of communal spaces, the rooftop has amazing views but terrible seating (it's like lounge seating whete you can't see the views, if your seating...like what?) and no lighting when it gets dark. The neighborhood is fine but would recommend moving more into East Village but all easily walkable. I wouldn't stay here again but it's not a terrible option either.

Absolutely loved my stay at The Ludlow Hotel and will definitely be back. As a bit of a germaphobe, cleanliness is a huge deal for me, and my room looked, smelled, and felt spotless. The natural light was incredible, the bed was comfortable, the soaking tub was a dream, and I loved that all of the windows opened for fresh air. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond throughout my stay- especially Omar, he’s superb! The lobby is cozy, beautifully designed, and always felt clean and inviting with the fireplace going. We had lunch in the outdoor garden space and while the food was just okay, the ambiance, sunshine, and plants made it worth it. Room service was quick, luggage hold was seamless, and the hot tub filled up fast. The gym is small and can get crowded, but that's my only real complaint. Overall, I can't wait to come back and would absolutely recommend The Ludlow, especially to my aesthetic women who appreciate beautiful design, natural light, and a cozy luxury experience.

My husband surprised me with a birthday stay at “The Ludlow” Hotel, and it was such a wonderful experience. ✨ Our room on the 7th floor had a beautiful view and a comfortable size, and we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of champagne and a sweet Birthday card, which made the stay feel very special. The hotel has a charming European-style atmosphere with thoughtful details. The service was excellent. I requested a tea kettle and later a bubble bath kit, and both were delivered quickly and beautifully prepared. The bathtub itself was definitely a highlight,so relaxing! 🛁 The location is perfect, surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and bars and very close to SoHo.🛍️ The only small notes were that the mattress was not comfortable and bad was noisy. Also the bathtub shower head had a slight leak. Otherwise, everything was lovely. Overall, a 10/10 stay and I would love come back again. 💫
