I love this location in manhattan. Many restaurants near by, close to the green metro, and close to Lexington shopping area. Friendly and helpful staff. Each room in the hotel is different. I did not like the first room I got, so they moved me to a nicer room on the 2nd day.

The hotel is nice but the facade (as of Jun '26) is under construction, so don't believe the photos you see online. The photos of the rooms are much more flattering than they are in real life. The price in my opinion is fine for what's online but not for what you actually get. Today I see the hotel charged me a "facilities fee", which they never mentioned when I was there. When I asked what does this even mean, they said it is for WiFi, the water bottles in the room, access to the PC in the lobby. I said, isn't that what the room fee is for? They said no. What's next, elevator fees? Bedding fees? Room key fees? Between what I paid and what I got, and now this fee, I feel ripped off. I won't be back and I don't recommend.

We were upgraded to an amazing one-bedroom suite, and the staff could not have been more gracious or accommodating. I managed to leave a trail of belongings behind—from jewelry to clothing—and they carefully secured every item and returned everything with a smile. This is truly a hotel that feels like a home away from home, with a staff that welcomes and treats you like family. A special thanks to Al, who did everything to assure our stay was comfortable, even when the WIFI got a little glitchy--its since been upgraded.

It was a nice place. They came in and changed the sheets every day, had clean towels everyday. You could asked for water bottles and they were free. We were on a budget,we felt like it was a very reasonable place to stay. It was quiet at night. The view wasn't great, just another building when you looked out the window. That really didn't matter to me. We thought the room was nice. It was a big room with livingroom, dinning area and kitchen. The bed was very nice. I do like a soft firm bed. We weren't in there but late night and early morning. We were gone all day. The shower was great with good water pressure. The staff was so very nice and very helpful. I would stay here again in a heart beat. It was easy access to the train and bus. We did a lot of walking, though. But it is close enough to time square if your going there. We took Ubers if we were going very far. It was an awesome experience. There was only two of us. Our daughter and family stay there also and had plenty of room. Thank you to the staff. Loved the doorman. The morning guy with the beautiful blue eyes was so nice and kind.

We had an excellent experience staying at this hotel. The staff members were all extremely friendly. We got a rollaway bed in a timely manner. The room was very clean and comfortable for four. Very quiet room as well. Overall an excellent experience. Highly recommend!
