Loved my Stay here in Newyork. Everyone was super accommodating. We were even upgraded to a different room when the the TV wouldn't work and the new room was absolutely stunning. We will definitely be back.
First time staying here. I usually stay in a completely different area of the city. The entire AM & PM staff team on Monday June 23rd were amazing. The check in process excellent. Very attentive the entire time and any issue they are great addressing it. I would absolutely come back. Great customer service. Very clean and well kept rooms. I traveled with 1 teenager & 2 young children.
I had a fantastic stay at Sixty LES Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and welcoming. The hotel has a great atmosphere, stylish rooms, and an excellent location that made the whole experience even better. I especially want to recognize Abraham at the front desk for providing outstanding customer service. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth during my stay. His professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. Thank you to Abraham and the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
Had a great stay here; 3 people in a double queen room. Great staff at the front desk and primo location to do everything in the city. Right on top of the F (2nd Ave stop) and walkable to other lines as well. Am motivated to leave a review because I saw a few negative reviews and wasn’t sure what to expect. However our stay was so great and would absolutely return and recommend.
I received a non pretentious lovely hospitable experience provided by Abraham and his team throughout my stay. A beautiful modern hotel with incredible views no matter where you are. The room was clean upon arrival and Abraham And Mohammed were so helpful by providing recommendations throughout the area despite it being a week night. I also work nights. The team is flexible and beyond hospitable. Both members of the team were well dressed and well spoken / professional. Happy to know about this lovely Ludlow secret. Thank you.
