Reviews
I would check into this hotel again just to use the shower. The water pressure was in unbelievable. Great location , friendly helpful staff and much large rooms than expected. Restaurants and bars are top notch. Housekeeping was amazing. Overall 10/10.
We’ve stayed here a few times and my main complaints are the elevators and pillows. We do love that we can get to adjoining rooms that works for our family. Even if the door stopper was put on too high so we had to use a suitcase to keep it open in between the room.
We loved our 1 week stay at the Refinery and couldn't fault it. Our first visit to NYC and wanted somewhere midtown but not in Times Square and the location was perfect. The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean (our room was cleaned every day). We had a deluxe double queen overlooking the Empire State Building, which was spacious and had all the amenities we needed (only thing that could have improved it would have been a lock on the bathroom door). The beds and pillows have to be the comfiest we have ever had in a hotel, we had no problem getting a great night's sleep. The staff, especially the concierge team, were so friendly and helpful. They couldn't have done more to make us feel welcomed, they even gave us some complimentary gifts at check out. We ate at Parker and Quinn which was delicious and enjoyed the views from the rooftop bar. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in midtown
