Used to absolutely love this place. Great location and parking is reasonable. Would stay here almost once a month. My first complaint is the lack of any sort of membership or loyalty program. I have spent thousands here at this point and have nothing to show for it. Also as the years have gone by, the hotel has slowly offered less and less. I haven’t seen the picnic/outdoor hall area open for so long I can’t even remember the last time I was able to enjoy it. They charge a ridiculous “resort fee” when there’s truly no amenities to be paid for other than the 10% off at a few neighboring spots. I have seen the rooftop open once in the 3.5 years I’ve been frequenting this hotel. Almost all of the rooms I have stayed in will have at least one loose/not working outlet as well. All this could be overlooked if they were still charging a reasonable price for these rooms, but as of late it’s been $350+ for these tiny little rooms, when the lobby has been getting renovated for months now and half the amenities are not available. This hotel either needs to up their quality or start charging fair prices again because the prices in 2026 have been absolutely ridiculous. I shouldn’t be spending almost triple the amount I was spending 2 years ago when the hotel is the same if not lower quality than my first stay 3.5 years ago.

Perfect for solo travel, centrally located to tons of businesses in Williamsburg, and cozy without being cramped. I would liken the "pod" experience to staying in a modest RV; there are clever multifunctional spaces and hidey holes for storing your things so that the room is restful even though it is small. Putting clothing in packing cubes with handles allowed me to take advantage of the many hooks on the wall and stay organized. Something that surprised me about the property was the number of spaces to enjoy the nice weather. This would be a great spot for a Spring or Fall visit. I was also pleasantly surprised by how quiet the stay was (in a courtyard-facing rooom) in spite of the bustling neighborhood just outside the front doors. The hotel is just a 20 minute subway commute to midtown Manhattan. The staff were helpful and nice, and the whole property was nice and clean!

I was hesitant to book this Pod hotel on a last minute trip to Brooklyn with my young adult daughter, but it turned out to be a great choice and so affordable! Sure, the shower is next to the toilet 😆 but we both had a very comfortable and clean bed to sleep in and the room was very thoughtfully designed, considering it's petite size. We asked for a quiet room and the hotel delivered...our room faced a very quiet inner garden and we barely had any noise from the surrounding streets. The AC worked great as well and the hotel itself has numerous spots for co-working, as well as a beautiful rooftop deck with a bar, and other outdoor spaces. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. We also were able to get free street parking just around the corner for our whole visit. There are so many great restaurants and cafes within just a few blocks, plus it is close to the public transportation...definitely would stay here again! My only tip is to if you're going to book one of the small bunk bed rooms is to make sure you're traveling with somebody you're very comfortable sharing a bathroom with.

I have been staying at and loving this hotel since it was built. I live nearby myself, but I occasionally make use of this wonderful place. The rooms are small but functional; if you need a kettle or a fridge, they will bring one right to your room. It is quiet inside—despite being a light sleeper, I was never once woken up by noise. There are plenty of green terraces and open-air rooftops, and the design is modern and functional. Everything is very clean, and I want to give a special shout-out to the staff—especially Mehdi, who is incredibly friendly, attentive, understanding, and always ready to help! This was particularly appreciated during my move, when I was exhausted! Also Paolo( thank you For Smiling of the Time )Younes, Zack,Manish & others…Thank you to the staff and management!

I was pleasantly surprised by the Pod. The rooms are small, but functional and comfortable. The bed was quite a bit better than I have experienced at other hotels in the area that cost quite a bit more. The one negative comment I have about the room was that the hot water was not very hot. Otherwise my stay here was pleasant and without any rough edges. The staff were awesome. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
