It's an alright hotel for somewhere u need to crash for a couple days. Location was great since the M line and F line for subway is walking distance and its two stops to Manhattan. Rooms is small and the elevator didn't work when we were staying there so we had to walk 5 floors up everytime we came back to the hotel. Wifi is good, staff is alright. I'd stay again if im looking for budget option
I had a really disappointing stay at this hotel. The rooms are extremely small—barely enough space to move around comfortably—and there isn’t even a proper closet, which made it hard to unpack or stay organized. The service was also very poor. Staff didn’t seem attentive or helpful when issues were raised. To make matters worse, the elevator wasn’t working during my stay, which was a huge inconvenience, especially with luggage. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations at all. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.
We stayed at this hotel for about five days and were overall very satisfied. The hotel is simply furnished, but for the price offered it is really very good, especially considering the generally high prices in New York. It is not far from the subway station, and Manhattan can be reached in about 10 to 15 minutes, if not even faster. Overall, it is more than sufficient for an affordable stay in New York.
