Eric and Isaac made our stay absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly accommodating and took the time to recommend everything we needed—from amazing restaurants and rooftop bars to great shopping and family-friendly activities. Every recommendation they gave us was spot on and really helped us make the most of our trip. Their knowledge of the area, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made a huge difference in our overall experience. If you’re staying here, be sure to ask for Eric and Isaac. They truly represent outstanding customer service and are a big reason why we’ll be coming back. Thank you both for making our stay so memorable!

I previously worked on Park Avenue for many years and was very disappointed in the overall experience of the staff: * The Concierge Desk felt unwelcoming and did not contact us when our room was ready (the Concierge Desk made this suggestion and later told us that their communications system does not work, and they decided not to try calling on our cell phones, and nor to email us), * the Bellhop took our tip and suggested to bring coffee machine & bucket of ice (neither arrived, we had to order ice seperately), * Housekeeping & Front Desk we raised the importance of getting a steamer to prepare for a black tie event and to repair a wardrobe malfunction (we had to ring back four times to check on the status of the steamer over a 2 1/2 hour period as it never arrived - our request for a saftey pin to repair a wardrobe malfunction never arrived). A more efficient staff would have made a big difference and would have gone a long way. A friendlier staff would have been nice, staff with local knowledge such as the sunday parade would have been helpful. The location to the event was very helpful. The room itself was nice and functional with an outdated bathroom. The gym was nice and not busy. The $60 tequila double shot was not an issue. Overall a little effort could have gone a long way in making the experience feel more aligned with the cost. Having worked nearby for several years, I have reasonable expectations. Not sure if I would risk going back and cannot recommend.

Chose this because of the great reviews and proximity to museums and broadway, without being in the thick of midtown. While the restaurant breakfast was excellent and the service at the restaurant and the hotel in general was good, the room was mediocre at best. There were stains on the wall, the bathroom was dated, the carpet looked dirty, and it just was not a place we wanted to be. I would not stay here again. We stayed at a different hotel, our last two nights in Manhattan and had a much better experience

I recently stayed at Loews Regency New York Hotel and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the level of service stood out. Being greeted by Steven at our cab—and hearing him address me by name—immediately set the tone. It was a small detail, but one that made a strong impression. From that point forward, we were treated like true VIP guests. Alexa in guest services was outstanding, and every team member we encountered reflected the same level of professionalism and warmth. I genuinely wish I could name everyone individually because the consistency in service across the board was remarkable. This trip was especially meaningful as I brought my daughter to celebrate her 7th birthday. The hotel went above and beyond to make her feel special—welcoming her with treats at the front desk and creating a genuinely kid-friendly experience without compromising the elevated atmosphere. Room service was prompt and the food was excellent—another example of how the hotel delivers across every touchpoint. Overall, this was a seamless, thoughtful, and high-quality experience. Loews Regency New York Hotel has absolutely earned our loyalty. My family will be returning.
