Very affordable hotel with a great and friendly staff. The room was cozy, exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent, and the stunning views made the stay even better. Overall, a great value and a wonderful experience.
Overall, this hotel was really good to us. The room was quite small, but it was clean and we were blessed with one that had not one but two windows ☀️ We didn't need anything bigger since we were out exploring most of the time. The doors are a little bit thin so you can hear everything in the hallway, but three of the five nights we were there had quiet neighbors. It was fun to be in Chinatown and it felt safe and welcoming, lots of great vegan and vegetarian restaurants around us. Thanks Richland!
The rooms are cozy and accommodating. It's perfect spot to enjoy LES from. Conveniently located next to everything, with knowledgeable staff. Roger had awesome recommendations for everything I was looking for. Literally anything I could want is within one square block! Unbeatable deals. Would love to stay in the rooms again. Very clean and refreshed every day. I didn't miss the mini fridge in the room, to be honest. Super clean! The beds are also really comfortable.
Perfect place to stay as it was within walking distance from my family’s home. Exceptionally kind and attentive staff. Requests were met promptly and cheerfully. Room was clean and bright…had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. So nice to have fresh hot coffee available at all hours in the lobby! Thank you.
Our stay was exceptional! Great value for money. The staff on the reception were very warm, friendly and helpful. Our rooms were serviced almost every day. Whatever we asked for (mini fridge, heater, tea kettle, iron, etc) was provided upon request. Wifi works great, ideal for guests who need to work. The location is great, Brooklyn Bridge is 15 minutes away, financial district is in the nearby, few subway stations are 5-10 minutes, great cafes and restaurants… We would definitely recommend the hotel for stay!
