Reviews
This hotel was really great. I was a little leery about these hotels and not viewing many reviews, but it was GREAT. The bed was comfortable room with plenty of space, everything we had everything we needed. Fresh sheets, decent view and we were here for a conference and we were able to walk each night. I recommend this hotel. You have food all around in walking distance. It was perfect location for what we needed.
Right next to the J line and it's great area in Bed-Stuy/Bushwick hoods. Rooms and lobby are spacious, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated spaces. The exercise room has plenty of treadmills, elliptical, and weights. Saw some other reviewer complaining it wasn't fancy enough 🙄 For the price of this hotel, it is a superbly outfitted facility. Dumb criticism. Views are nice on higher floors either overlooking the neighborhood or the Manhattan skyline. This place is a great value. Not many hotels this nice in Brooklyn. Regarding noise from the elevated train, I found it no issue. Slept like a baby. Even found it comforting. Very easy to get used to. Overheard a guy complain to the front desk 🙄 I'm thinking, "Dude, what can they do about a train right next to the hotel." It's great because you can hop on and get into Manhattan easily.
I had a great experience at hotel 1200. Everything was clean, organized, and had an inviting atmosphere that made it easy to settle in and relax. The staff was really welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met. Also, George at the front desk, handled my last minute concerns quickly and professionally. His level of service makes a difference in hospitality. The hotel management clearly values great hospitality, and having wonderful members on their hospitality team reflects that. I would highly recommend staying here and will gladly return in the future.
Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. If you are greeted by Laura you know you’re off to a good start! She has the best energy and is so helpful! The room has a full body mirror which is awesome and a lighted mirror unte bathroom, great perks! Location is great and the subway is very close, however you can hear it, so consider this if you’re a light sleeper.
The rooms were very spacious and room service was very efficient at coming and cleaning the room up, getting extra towels, while also giving you privacy. The staff was so kind and helpful the entire time. When we checked out, Hanna was the manager on duty and Shofik was there as well. They were both so kind and helpful despite it being 3 o’clock in the morning when we checked out. Overall, this is was an excellent experience and I would recommend this place to anyone. The subway was also super close, so that was very helpful.
