I thought this was my favorite hotel. While I was waiting for a car service, (it took quite while because I re-ordered another vehicle) reason why I was sitting and chatting with friends, a front lady came in with tone of voice asking “what’s here for?” Omg. Really? not here and other hotels never ever asked me such questions in the past. I explained what’s happening, she told me to NOT wait where I’m waiting………………………… ????? Really? There’s a restrict rule? I can’t wait in the lobby where I want? Seriously? Never hard it before + no one was at the lobby. I was told to wait at front ONLY. from tone of voices I was able to tell that she was frustrated waiting with friends having a good time(!?) we did NOT make any noise. (Just chatting) I don’t get it this policy. She should really be trained. After I was told my car arrival time was within 5min, so we all went out didn’t want to hear these complaints from front desk lady.

10/10 experience!!! Upon arrival, I was greeted with smiling faces and warmth. Jonathan and staff were incredibly kind and provided a complimentary glass of wine through the Bonsai bar/restaurant. The room was spacious, and neat. There was adequate storage space for my items with a safe in the closet. The bathroom was stunning. The stand alone shower + tub combo was gorgeous. Water took a little time to build up a heat a bit but got nice and toasty. Slept like a baby throughout my stay. The bed/pillow are cozy and cloud-like. I didn’t have a robe/slippers in my room originally, but once I notified front desk, I received them both within 5 minutes (maybe even less). I traveled as a single woman to New York for the first time and felt safe at this property, and that the staff had an interest in making sure I had a pleasant experience. One night I stopped into the Bonsai restaurant to grab dessert and a drink (pistachio tres leche cake was soooo good) and the wine based lychee martini. Both were delicious. Again, the staff was attentive, sweet and hospitable. The location is perfect and nearby some great shopping/dining options (both local and corporatized) I can’t wait until my next visit to New York, because Concorde will be my new favorite stay 💕 Thanks for having me!

Very very very clean. Did I say it was very clean? Well it is. The hotel smelled great no matter if you are in the lobby, on the elevator or in your room. The view was great. I recommend checking out the 3rd floor, have coffee or hot chocolate and relax indoors or on the patio. The staff are very welcoming and answer any questions asked. I saw reviews about the staff etc....I think we for get we are all humans and people at times have bad days. Anyway, I say this to say that I will be staying at this hotel only when in New York. Please don't change and remain the clean welcoming and updated hotel! Didn't take any pictures but will my next trip there.

This was our 5th stay at the Concorde in 2 and a half years. The location is great for us (close to our daughter) but it is also very central (close to two subway stations, a 10 min walk to Central Park along with many other wonderful sights and areas of Manhattan). The staff at the door and front desk are always friendly (specially Sandy) and the gentlemen at the restaurant Bonsai are always very nice. We’ve always stayed in a Premier King, which is incredibly spacious, extremely clean (thank you to Hajrija for the extra towels and excellent service) and very nicely appointed. It is a relatively new hotel with a small restaurant and bar and we’ve grown very attached to it. Looking forward to our next stay

I booked the Deluxe One Bedroom Suite for my partner and I's vacation to NYC. We stayed in room 1201 and had a lovely stay. All of the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were very professional and friendly. We had a few requests during our stay, all of which were handled promptly. Our suite felt very comfy and luxurious. We loved the plush king bed and the view from bed. There are two sets of remote-control shades in each room, which was a very nice surprise. The bathroom was incredible, featuring the spacious rain shower of our dreams and a VERY comfortable soaking tub right by the window. There wasn't much to complain about. It was a bit strange not to have a towel ring or bar at the sink. The WiFi was fast, but we were prompted to re-enter the password almost every day. And we wished that the living room lights could be dimmed. All pretty minor complaints. The location was perfect for our trip. Several subway lines just a short walk away, and many tourist attractions are in walking distance. The surrounding area isn't super busy or crowded, though still a bit noisy (it's New York!) There's a large variety of restaurants right around, so you have your pick if you're staying in. We definitely felt like we chose the right place to call home while in NYC. Would highly recommend the Concorde to anyone.
