Club Quarters Hotel World Trade Center, New York

Booked this hotel in an emergency situation and it was beyond our expectations for the price. First, the staff (we were checked in by Zeph) were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making an otherwise stressful situation a lot easier. The room Zeph put us in was very clean, quiet and had all the amenities we needed–including a kitchenette with a little sink, fridge, microwave and stovetop, which allowed us to prep our own meals right in our room. Each floor also had distilled water stations with bottles and free coffee, tea and lattes were offered all day, which was a really nice perk. The most important thing for us was that pets stayed for free, which was a major reason we chose the hotel. For tourists, the hotel is also in an excellent location, 2 blocks from the 9/11 memorial and other parks, plus many shops, restaurants and the governor's island ferry. The property itself also has a stunning rooftop bar and restaurant. We'd definitely stay here again!
Great hotel very close to the WTC. Our room was very spacious and well presented with a great balcony that looked on to One World Trade Center. Stunning. Great for exploring downtown NYC but also lots of subway links to go uptown if required. All staff were very pleasant and engaging. Would recommend this hotel.
We booked a room at Club Quarters WTC for our trip to NYC. We had four people in our group, so we were happy that Club Quarters had larger rooms than most hotels in NYC. There was plenty space for all of us and our luggage. We also had a great view of the 911 Memorial from our window. While we had the standard double queen room, our friends booked an upgraded room with a balcony. We all ended up in their room for a movie night and found it very comfortable. In addition to the space, we liked that the elevators were only accessible with a room card. This provided an extra level of security. The fresh cold water dispensers on every floor were great for refilling our water bottles before venturing out to the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. Despite being in the city, it was very quiet and peaceful inside. We would definitely stay here again.
For my first time visiting New York on a work trip, this was a great hotel to be at. Location is close to most things and majority is walking distances. The staff were super friendly. In particular one staff stood out, major shout out to him (Lukash) he was an absolute gem with a bright future ahead of him. He is Extremely helpful, kind and immediately takes care of anything needed, his warm welcoming truly made us feel safe and happy to be in the hotel. I definitely would stay there again for work trips :)!
I arrived early in the morning and the staff were kind enough to let me check in right away. Even though the room I received didn’t have a great view, I didn’t mind at all. They also offered to change the room later if I wanted, which I really appreciated, but I ended up staying in the same one. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping came every day and did a great job. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The location is convenient, the hotel is comfortable, and having a small kitchenette was a big plus—I could buy food and heat it up easily. It’s a great place to stay for several days. Honestly, I was a bit worried after reading some reviews about the staff and service. But in my experience, everyone I interacted with was polite, helpful, and friendly. My stay turned out to be much better than expected. Highly recommended!
