Had the most amazing spa day at Casa Cipriani over the rainy weekend in mid-July. As a neighbor, I've been wanting to check it out for a while. It did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in, Ruby and Cinque made me feel so welcome. My massage therapist, Laurie, was fantastic — easily one of the best sessions I've had. And checkout with Lucas, who went above and beyond, capped off a perfect day. Highly recommend!
I was really disappointed with my stay at Casa Cipriani, especially considering the price. At around $2,000 per night, I expected a much more luxurious experience. The room was extremely small, dark, and very basic. The overall design of the hotel actually reminded me more of a cruise ship than a high-end luxury property. It lacked the warmth, elegance, and spacious feel I was expecting at this price point. The daytime staff was friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the overnight front desk staff was the complete opposite. Around 11:30 p.m., I went downstairs because no one was answering the room service line and I wanted to preorder breakfast. Instead of simply helping, the front desk employee looked my companion and me up and down and asked, “Are you hotel guests?” Considering I was standing at the front desk asking to preorder breakfast in the middle of the night, it felt like a rude and unnecessary question that left a very poor impression. While I appreciated the kindness of the daytime staff, the overall experience did not justify the cost. There are many hotels in New York that offer larger, brighter rooms, better service, and far better value for the same—or even a lower—price. I would not stay here again.

He consistently went above and beyond to assist me, always with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. What impressed me most was that he didn’t just do his job—he took ownership of every situation and made sure I felt welcomed, valued, and taken care of. His positive attitude and dedication significantly enhanced my experience. Employees like Cedric are a tremendous asset to your organization. He represents your brand at the highest level and deserves recognition for his hard work and commitment. I sincerely hope management acknowledges his contributions, as team members like Cedric are exactly the kind of people who earn customer loyalty and deserve opportunities for advancement and increased compensation. My family and I had a fantastic time here! The service was both professional and personal. We took great advantage of the amenities (of which there are many) on and off the property. Being part of a members club, the hotel has a full gym "wellness center" which is relatively well appointed and rivals the best in the city (think Equinox or Lifetime but smaller scale and more spacious). The concierge also proved resourceful in achieving reservations off-site. It was the perfect backdrop for a celebration of a milestone in my life, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
Absolutely Fantastic!!!!! Takes a lot to please me and boy this place is by far my favorite place to stay in New York. I am a New Yorker I live in Long Island and I had a party in the city and one of our friends were like stay at Casa Cipriani you will love it. From the service, food , to ambience perfection !!! It was fabulous. One big thing in NY is that the hotel rooms are generally small. We’ll definitely not here. Views are great you can use all the amenities without being a club member and i had a blast ! I love the wood theme reminds me of a nice Italian yacht. I enjoyed the 5th floor club a lot, from having nice apps, (you can do dinner too) We had plans to go to Monkey Bar (not my favorite .. but overpriced and not worth it - overhyped) but the apps at the club at casa Cipriani were delicious, cocktails were great and just overall service was perfect. Staying at the hotel we went to breakfast in the morning and Ong I had the Casa Cipriani Breakfast and wow so much food and everything was fresh. Oddly, for a city hotel/ restaurant I felt like it was priced well for what you were getting. Overall 10 for service 10 for food 10 for drinks and 10 for hotel overall. Job well done.
