The room was dirty. Not a trace of cleaning service in sight. There was dust everywhere, a lot of build up in the shower and toilets haven’t been cleaned in months. Additionally, our bathroom outlet didn’t work so I had to dry my hair while my son wanted to watch TV. The hotel was also very busy and catching an elevator was a chore. I will say the view was nice, the air worked good, and surprisingly the coffee was good but not served until 7am. The location was great for walking but for catching a car it was a bit hectic. I wouldn’t stay here again, but if you’re on a budget and don’t care much about the room then go for it.
This is one of my favorite hotel in Midtown. I have stayed here in most of my NYC trips. The rooms are larger than most, have a microwave, sink & min fridge. While some of the rooms are older (some have been updated) they are all large (by NYC standards) and clean. The service is always 10/10. From Jessica at the front desk and Mahendra and Jerry as concierge you can’t go wrong. I enjoy seeing them when I visit. I encourage you to stay here and see for yourself.
The most perfect hotel for a family vacation! The rooms are perfect size for a four person crew and all their luggage and the showers are heaven. Its location is also perfect because you can walk any and everywhere from your hotel. Times Square is just a couple blocks up and the hotel staff was very friendly, very accommodating and just overall great with any problem that was had. 10000/10 would recommend booking your stay here!!!
My sister and I were in the city for a few nights and this was a perfect hotel! The location is great, off the main streets so it's quiet, but an easy walk to public transit. The staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean! We had a small hiccup with the air conditioning in our room our last night. They sent someone right up to look at it, when it wouldn't work they moved us to a new room and when that air conditioner wouldn't work either, they came in, and replaced the unit completely. It was all done, quickly, quietly, and with so much kindness. We wouldn't hesitate one bit to stay here again!
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Belvedere Hotel for a wonderful stay and outstanding hospitality. The staff were exceptional—from the reception desk team, the doorman at the entrance, the housekeeping staff, and the lady at the coffee station. Every single one of them, without exception, was wonderful. They were highly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help whenever assistance was needed. We would be delighted to stay at your hotel again in the future, and I will gladly recommend it to my friends and acquaintances. Well done for having such dedicated and loyal employees—they are a true credit to your hotel. Thank you, Yaffit and Mia Joseph
