We stayed here for a weekend in October 2025 and had such a great experience. We got there before check-in, and the staff let us store our bags so we could start exploring the city, which was really appreciated. The hotel has a really nice atmosphere. They had live jazz music downstairs in the bar during our stay, which was such a nice touch. There’s also a rooftop bar, a coffee shop downstairs, and a little convenience store. The location in SoHo is perfect. We were able to walk to so many places, and there were tons of great restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were small, but modern, clean, and had everything we needed for the weekend. The staff were honestly the best part. Every time we came in or left, they greeted us, held the door, and were always so friendly. It made us feel really welcome. Honestly why I’m writing this review almost a year later, I still think about how great our stay was. I’d definitely stay here again! ** I didn’t take many photos of the hotel but they had a cute memory wall as you walked in!

This is a nice hotel, in a very good area. The rooms were perfect, I was doing a solo trip meeting a friend in the city. I got a room facing the courtyard so it would be more quiet. I met Wefky and he was super friendly and took care of us our entire stay. Julien at the rooftop was super cool, and checked in with us during our time there. Super friendly staff

The hotel is feels very cool (for example they play fun music in the elevator), and the location is very safe and convenient. However, the restroom inside the room had a sliding door that sometimes slowly slid open by itself, and also they put an extra roll of toilet paper in a bag up on a high shelf which was quite hard to find. Even though the room was of course very small, the bed was really comfortable but really should only be for one person at a time.

The rooms were beautiful, the location was fantastic and overall I had an absolutely fabulous stay. However, the true highlight of my experience was Jennifer and Malachi at the front desk. I travel frequently for work and have stayed in countless hotels over the years and I genuinely cannot tell you the last time I met two front desk agents quite like these two. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel incredibly welcome. Every interaction with them was an absolute delight, and they brought such warmth, personality, and genuine care to my stay that it felt less like speaking with hotel staff and more like catching up with friends. I could have happily chatted with them even more than I already did. Their level of service is truly beyond this world and as someone who previously worked as a hotel manager in Australia's largest hotel (Crown) I know just how rare team members like this are. I would have been absolutely thrilled to have Jennifer and Malachi on my team. Please extend my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to them both. They made an already wonderful stay unforgettable, and they are the reason I will remember this hotel so fondly. Jennifer and Malachi, remember: This season is for a reason!

Al at the front desk treated me like I was checking into a $1k/night room - just absolutely stellar service. They granted me early check-in. There’s an excellent co-working space just beyond the lobby. Minuscule room - barely bigger than the bed. But well-designed, considering. Immaculately clean. Very comfy bed and pillows. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep, this is a solid spot. I will happily return.
