Great spot, nice furnished apartment, feels more like home then an hotel. Perfect for long stay when in Ny for work or pleasure. The kitchen is a big plus for, having a sofa snd a living room is nice and the rooftop is great to have a drink at night. The gym is brand new and easy to use, same for the lounge where you can work and meet friend.
Great room! So much bigger than most NYC hotel rooms with great features and comfort. Nice friendly staff. Conveniently located by almost every subway there is. Probably my best NYC hotel experience ever. Highly recommend.
I had a fantastic experience over at the 17John Hotel in FiDi this past weekend. Very spacious room, friendly staff, secure and safe location/building, & excellent proximity to the Fulton st station. Their team made it easy to check in and out, so all you have to worry about is enjoying your time. 100% will be rebooking again very soon.
Booked this trip on capital one travel as a last minute reservation for a weekend family trip. We enjoyed the clean and spacious room, it felt like we had our own large studio apartment in FiDi. We had no issues checking in. Communication was done over email, and staff was pretty responsive. The gym was a huge perk during the stay. Kids loved the room. Location was convenient too. Would consider booking again for our next NYC trip.
This was the peace, quiet and hint of luxury I needed while in the big city. The air quality in the unit and building was superb. The onsite laundry was a very useful perk. Multiple restaurants and coffee shops in the area. As well as grocery and shopping malls. GF options too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped with essentials. Perfect stay.
